Employed Kenyans will continue paying the housing levy as Court of Appeal extends ruling on the 1.5% Housing Levy deduction to 26 January.
The controversial levy was declared unconstitutional on 28 November, a three-judge bench arguing the levy contravened the constitution given that only employed Kenyans faced deductions.
