An early morning fire has destroyed property of yet to be known value at Ebrahim Shopping Mall located along Moi Avenue in Nairobi CBD.
Shops located on the first and second floors were mostly affected, the inferno slightly spreading to adjacent buildings.
Witnesses says the fire lasted at least an hour and a half before firefighters could arrive in an attempt to put it off. Ebrahim Mall is well known for housing multiple shops dealing in electronics, wears, cosmetics and rental stalls.
