A road accident at Tegero area along Narok – Bomet road has killed one and left at least 16 others injured.
A police report seen by BRK says the 1AM carnage happened after a head-on-collision involving a Toyota Hiace matatu belonging to Transcar Galaxy Sacco and a lorry.
The driver of the PSV matatu lost his life on the spot while 5 passengers sustained serious injuries, 11 others escaped with minor cuts and bruises, according to the report.
Police are yet to determine what led to the collision. The National Police Service has urged motorists to exercise caution when on the road.
