Government through the Ministry of Lands and Housing has announced completion of some units under President William Ruto’s Affordable Housing Program in Nakuru County.
According to the notice, members of the public are now invited to make a site visit and proceed with purchasing of the completed units which are segmented into 2 and 3 bedrooms.
2-bedroom units measuring 64sqm are being sold for KSH. 3.15M while 3-bedroom units measuring 85sqm cost KSH. 4.25M. To qualify for the purchase, you have to deposit a 10% deposit.
Thereafter, a qualified buyer will be offered a Rent-to-Own home loan at a monthly rate of KSH. 16,997 for 2-bedroom units and KSH. 22,933 for 3-bedroom units.
The notice has listed 380 available units for 2-bedroom houses and another 380 available units for 3-bedroom ones.
The houses are fitted with multiple amenities including outdoor kids’ play areas, backup generator, a borehole, a clinic, a community hall, a restaurant and shops.
The access drive-ways are also cabro-paved.
