Drama is brewing between Classic 105 presenter Mike Mondo and Shiko Nguru’s ex-partner, Ramadhani Oluoch, also known as Ramzy.
Mr. Oluoch confirmed his break up from Shiko Nguru in January 2022 after being blessed with two sons. He is now not happy that his children are being paraded on social media by Shiko’s new man, Mike Mondo.
A letter from James T. Makori Advocate seen by BRK warns the media personality against continuing with the act. He argues it exposes the minors to online bullying and breaches their privacy.
“Our client instructs us that after parting ways with the mother to his children, you took the bold step of picking up from when he left and he commends you for that. However, he instructs us that with time you developed an aura of pettiness and overstepped your boundaries as a boyfriend to the mother of his children and even had the audacity to start posting photos of his children online.
On two different occasions during the festive season you went ahead and posted photos of you and the mother of our client’s children together with their two sons on Instagram.
We are further instructed that you have children of your own whom you do not post but you choose to post our client’s children for clout and attention,” reads part of the letter.
Ramzy has therefore threatened to take legal action against the media personality should he still have photos of his sons on his social media timelines and fail to apologize at the lapse of 72 hours.
“It is from the above foregoing that we hereby are instructed to demand that you pull down all the photos of the minors from all your social media platforms, cease and desist from posting such photos ever again and issue an unconditional apology to our client within 72 hours failure to which we have mandatory and unequivocal instructions to institute legal proceedings against you in a court of law,” concludes the letter.
Mr. Oluoch also claims his lawyer sent Mondo the letter via a rider not more than 24 hours ago but the radio presenter declined to receive it.
