A report from Treasury has listed at least 20 state agencies whose losses crossed the KSH. 1B mark in 2023, highlighting their increasing budget on taxpayers.
Kenya Railways Corporation (KRC) topped the list with a loss of KSH. 33.56B in the review period, followed by the Roads Annuity Fund at KSH. 12.8B. The Kenyatta National Hospital was third with a loss of KSH. 3.52B.
