A 60-year-old church elder has been found dead inside a lodging in Kapsoit area in Kericho County. Initial reports say the man was in the company of a young unidentified woman.
The deceased neither had visible injuries nor clothes at the time the body was found, a packet of used condom was however retrieved inside the room.
A search for the woman is on, police say she fled the scene after reporting the incident to the lodging’s management.
The body of the deceased has been taken to Kericho County Referral Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
