Andrew Kipekee, the MCA for Kinyoro Ward in Trans Nzoia County struggled to deliver his speech earlier today at a funeral as mourners shouted and yelled at him as he tried to protect the Kenya Kwanza Government.
The MCA was warning local leaders who are not allied to Kenya Kwanza Coalition to refrain from disrespecting the President and talking ill of the Government.
