Police have raided Kitengela and arrested over 20 boda boda riders and at least 25 motorbikes confiscated.
The crackdown follows a viral video where a mob majorly consisting of boda boda operators was captured stoning a vehicle after causing an accident.
The incident happened on Thursday evening around 6PM when a motorist allegedly knocked down a motorbike rider and his passenger.
At least a dozen angry boda boda operators descended on the vehicle with stones, leaving massive destruction on the vehicle.
