BREAKING: The Court of Appeal has ruled that President William Ruto’s Housing Levy is unconstitutional and deductions to the scheme should stop effective immediately.
“The Housing Levy was introduced without a legal framework, targeting a section of Kenyans,” reads part of the ruling seen by BRK.
