Justice Grace Nzioka has ordered that ex-news anchor Jacque Maribe be produced in court for delivery of judgement on Monica Kimani murder case.
Ms. Maribe reportedly fell ill on Friday morning, thus failing to appear in court. The first accused, Jowie Irungu, however, presented himself for the judgement.
BRK has established that at the time the judgement was to be read, Maribe claimed to be on her way to the hospital, however, the judge failed to understand the excuse and branded it a delay tactic being used by the former Citizen TV news presenter’s lawyers.
