Kelvin Kiptum’s 3-bedroomed house in his Naiberi Farm cost the Government at least KSh. 7M. The contractor tasked with building the house used pre-fabricated/pre-cast technology, competing the construction in just 6 days.
The modern house has been fully furnished with modern appliances and cosy furniture, with all the three bedrooms, all master ensuite. “This is something we are very proud of,” the contractor says.
The completed house was handed over to Kiptum’s young family moments before his internment on Friday afternoon.
