Co-operative Bank Kenya has been named the overall Best Bank in Kenya in Customer Experience and top Bank in Tier one category at the Kenya Bankers Awards.
The rankings have been derived from a survey conducted by Kenya Banker’s Association (KBA) where over 30,000 customers of banks in Kenyan participated.
“For two years running Coop Bank has demonstrated unparalleled understanding of its customer needs and has served them with dedication and sensitivity there by winning this industry recognition,” reads a statement from the institution following the win.
Co-op Bank Group Managing Director & CEO Dr. Gideon Muriuki commented on the award saying, “Co-op Bank will continue to invest substantial resources in building the teams, the tools and the technologies to deliver a fulfilling customer experience across all our service channels.”
