Controversial preacher Pastor James Ng’ang’a now says if the Government wants the land his church is sitting on along Haile Selassie Avenue in Nairobi, he is willing to sell it to them at KSh200B.
While claiming he rightfully owns the prime parcel, he accuses President Ruto’s Government of land grabbing and having a plot to take his property illegally.
The preacher, armed with alleged documents showing ownership of the land, was on Thursday given seven days to furnish the Departmental Committee on Lands with transactional evidence showing he actually bought the land from Central Bank at KSh42M as he claims.
Should the preacher fail to provide the documents, EACC has moved to court to demolish Pastor Ng’ang’as Neno Evangelism Center church and recover the land (LR. No. 209/9640) he is being accused of stealing from Kenya Railways.
