Renowned comedian and veteran entertainer Mshamba is making an exciting comeback to the entertainment industry with his new show, “Mshamba DotCom”, set to premiere in the first week of December 2024 on KTN TV at 7:30 PM and His YouTube Channel.

After a four-and-a-half-year successful run on television with over 230 episodes, Mshamba took a break from the screen in March 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to focus on family matters and pursue collaborative media projects in Kenya’s western region.

His work included partnerships with platforms such as TV Magharibi, Busia Border, and Sasa Radio, showcasing his dedication to uplifting local talent and storytelling.

Now, Mshamba is stepping back into the spotlight with “Mshamba DotCom”, a reimagined version of his beloved character infused with a modern, digital twist. This new season blends the charm of the classic Mshamba with fresh, comedic takes on the opportunities and challenges of the digital world.

Packed with ambition, wit, and plenty of laughs, “Mshamba DotCom” is set to entertain audiences while reflecting the changing dynamics of society in a world filled with innovation and discovery.

The show introduces a stellar cast, including fan favorites like Dem wa Facebook, Rukia Ngonyo, and Magwaka, alongside new characters that bring even more intrigue and comic relief to the series. Viewers can expect a mix of nostalgia and fresh, relatable humor, making “Mshamba DotCom” a must-watch for both longtime fans and new audiences.

    Mshamba’s Message

“I’m excited to be back and to share this new chapter with my fans,” said Mshamba. “Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about life, family, and the opportunities in this digital era. ‘Mshamba DotCom’ is a reflection of my journey and a celebration of the new world we live in. It’s funny, it’s relatable, and it’s ambitious, just like me.”

A Veteran’s Transition to the Digital World

Mshamba’s rebranding signals a broader transition, not just for his career but for the entertainment landscape in Kenya. His foray into the digital space highlights his ambition to connect with audiences across traditional and modern platforms. With a growing presence on YouTube and other digital platforms, Mshamba is embracing the possibilities of this new era while staying true to his roots as a storyteller and comedian.
