There was confusion which gradually turned chaotic after a plane flying from Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos to Abuja, suddenly landed in Asaba International Airport without the crew informing the passengers. Government through the Treasury has announced new charges for eCitizen transactions which take effect immediately. Treasury Cabinet Secretary (CS) Prof. Njuguna Ndung’u in a gazette notice, says the Digital Payments Platform is integrated with all available electronic payment platforms in Kenya including mobile money, electronic bank payments, real-time gross settlements (RTGS), wallets, debit or credit cards and other payment channels.
